School Master Information Systems

School Districts with school master information systems may create create a fixed-length text file to upload students and immunizations. The file must be approved by MCIR Helpdesk prior to submission. Steps to create and submit a file for approval are listed below.

Steps for Creating and Submitting a File for Approval

  1. Download file format specifications:  School Transfer Manual.
  2. SRXF Example Data File
  3. Contact the MCIR Helpdesk for questions and approval of the file: 1-888-243-6652 (choose option 2 for schools) or Contact Us By Email.

Do not send files containing Protected Health Information directly to the MCIR Helpdesk.
