AIM Provider Toolkit

The Alliance for Immunization in Michigan (AIM) Provider Toolkit is updated annually to help providers stay knowledgeable about important changes that affect immunization practice. The kit is a resource guide containing the most current standards of practice, forms, and methodologies for immunization in Michigan. The kits are available free of charge at www.healthymichigan.com under “immunizations.” More detailed instructions on how to order the AIM Provider Toolkit can be found below.

Quick links to the most popular AIM pieces are now featured on the home page, such as vaccine administration records, quick look handouts, injectable vaccine administration tables, and many more. An informational video is available to walk you through the various sections of the AIM Toolkit website. Scroll down to: IM106 2011 AIM Provider Toolkit Limit 1
Enter 1 in the box and click ADD
